The company, through its process of continuous improvement che l’azienda pone in essere da sempre, has decided to install 2 digital assembly stations where the operator is followed step by step from an electronic display that suggests and control assembly and refinishing activities.
The company, together with the precious support of the supplier SCS Concept, has set up 2 digital stations where the operators can proceed to assembly of components in a completely autonomous way, following the specific instructions on the screen and performing tightening electronically checked and perfectly calibrated.
The station grants a complete analysis of the workflow, eliminating the human error and above all ensuring traceability of production lots.
Because of good results obtained with these 2 digital stations, the company has decided to evaluate and install 2 additional stations that have been completed in July 2023.
